- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened
How to make new york cheesecake:
Filling:4 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened1 c. sugar3 Tbsp. flour1 Tbsp. vanilla4 eggs1 c. sour cream Heat oven to 325°.Crust: Mix ingredients and press into a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing just until blended at low speed. Blend in sour cream; pour over crust and bake 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run a knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with whatever you want.
