Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- cocoa - 5 Tbsp
- white syrup - 2/3 c
- butter or oleo - 1/4 lb
How to make never fail fudge:
Combine sugar, cocoa, syrup and milk. Stir well. Add salt and butter. Place on medium heat and bring to a rapid boil, as soon as mixture begins to boil, time for 6 minutes.Remove from heat and add vanilla. Using electric mixer, beat until gloss disappears (about 10 minutes). Add nuts and pour into greased pans.
