Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- self-rising flour
- miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- Topping:1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Topping:1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted1 box powdered sugar (3 1/2 c.)1/2 c. evaporated milk1 Tbsp. vanilla1/3 c. cocoa1 c. nuts, chopped Cream sugar, oil, eggs and cocoa together. Add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla. Bake for 40 minutes in 300° oven. Remove cake and cover with miniature marshmallows. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes.
