Mustard lamb chops
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- dried thyme - 1 tsp
How to make mustard lamb chops:
Set oven for broil. Trim fat from lamb. Place lamb on rack in broiler pan. Mix thyme, mustard and salt; brush 1/2 of mixture evenly over lamb. Broil with tops about 3 or 4 inches from heat for about 4 minutes or until brown; turn. Brush remaining mixture over lamb. Broil 5 to 7 minutes longer for medium doneness.
