- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- allspice - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken - 3 lb
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- diced potatoes - 1 c
- garlic - 2 tsp
- onions - 1 c
- curry - 3 Tbsp
How to make jamaican curry chicken:
Cut chicken in small pieces (eg. thigh in two). Mix all ingredients. Heat oil in a large deep pot. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
