- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- thinly sliced carrots - 3 c
- prepared Dijon mustard - 2 tsp
How to make mustard carrots:
Combine butter, mustard and sugar in skillet. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender and glazed, but still slightly crunchy, about 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
