Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- salt optional - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- tomatoes, cut up - 2 c
- zucchini cubes - 2 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Saute green pepper and onions. Add zucchini, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Turn into a covered 1-quart casserole dish. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on topRecipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
