Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- whipped cream - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- croutons - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 qt
- good rich stock veal or chicken
How to make mushroom soup:
Wash and peel 1 quart mushrooms and dice. Stir into them 1 1/2 quarts of good rich stock (veal or chicken). Thicken with 1 tablespoon flour creamed with 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
