Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- mushrooms - 1 qt
- rich chicken broth
How to make mushroom soup:
Wash and peel 1 quart mushrooms and cut into dices. Stir into them the 1 1/2 quarts of chicken broth, then add the flour to thicken soup. Cream the soup with the butter, then add salt and pepper. Simmer for 45 minutes. Garnish with croutons.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Soups & stews.
