  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • hot water - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • large Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • peach Jell-O

How to make peach salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Cut cream cheese in small pieces; mix well. I use a wire whip to mix cream cheese. Mix in pineapple and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Place in refrigerator to gel.
