Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- small sweet onion - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
How to make mushroom saute:
Slice large mushrooms and leave small ones whole. Cut onion in half, then into long, thin strips. Melt butter with soy sauce. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until onion is almost clear.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Mushroom.
