Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- buttered bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- cooked, sliced Irish potatoes - 5 c
How to make mushroom potatoes:
Blend soup and milk together. Mix well and heat slowly in saucepan. Blend in salt, pepper and onion. Then in a greased, 1 quart casserole, arrange a layer of sliced potatoes. Pour half of the mushroom sauce over the potatoes. Then add anothRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
