Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large potatoes, peeled and cut in strips - 6 item
How to make parmesan potatoes:
Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Coat potato strips with mixture. Melt one stick margarine in large baking dish or pan. Arrange potatoes in melted margarine. Bake in 400° oven for 30 minutes. Turn potatoes and bake 30 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
