- potatoes - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- Polish sausage or beef hot dogs - 1 item
- cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup - 1 item
- other spices of your choice to taste - 1 item
How to make mushroom potatoes:
Peel and slice enough potatoes to fill 3/4 of a casserole dish; add chopped onion (and/or any other spices to your taste) and penny size (sliced) Polish sausage or beef hot dogs. Pour 1/4 c. water in dish and cover with Saran Wrap. Microwave on high forRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
