Ingredients/Components
- tsp salt - 1/2 item
- tbsp honey - 1 item
- Pam butter flavor cooking spray - 1 item
- lb parsnips, about 2 large, peeled and cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks - 1 item
- lb sweet potatoes, about 1 large, peeled and cut into 1 1/2 in chunks - 1 item
- lb carrots, about 3 large, peeled and cut into 1 1/2 in chunks - 1/2 item
- lb onions, about 2 medium, peeled and cut into thick wedges - 1/2 item
- tsp ground cinnamon or allspice - 1/8 item
How to make roasted vegetables:
Preheat oven to 450°. Spray 13x9 in baking dish with Pam. Place vegetables in prepared dish. Spray vegetables with Pam for 10 seconds; toss until evenly coated. Bake 30-35 min. until vegetables are browned and tender, stirring after 15 min. Drizzle with honey then sprinkle with salt and cinnamon.
