Ingredients/Components
- c cheddar cheese - 2 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, mexican corn or fiesta corn; drained - 1 item
- pkg mahatma yellow rice - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Cook rice according to pkg using 1 stick butter. Mix rice with corn, soup, and 1/2 cheese. Bake 350° for 20 min. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake additional 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
