Mushroom potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chopped chives - 1 item
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- medium potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2 item
- mushrooms, chopped - 1/2 lb
How to make mushroom potato soup:
In Dutch oven, cook mushrooms and onion in margarine 5 minutes. Stir in flour, cook 2 minutes more. Gradually add 5 cups water, cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and boils.
