Mushroom potato casserole

- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cheese slices - 1 item
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item
- stick margarine/butter - 1 item
- Carnation milk cream - 1/2 c
How to make mushroom potato casserole:
Peel potatoes and slice medium thin. Cook potatoes (salt to taste) on stovetop until firm, but done. In saucepan put soup, butter, cream and 4 cheese slices and slowly melt cheese. Drain potatoes and pour in baking dish. Cover with cheese sauce; top with cheese slices and bake in oven until bubbly, about 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
