Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- light cream - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chopped mushrooms - 1/2 c
- cold boiled lobster or 1 can lobster meat - 1 item
How to make lobster thermidor:
Make cream sauce with butter, flour and cream. Melt butter; add flour. When smoothly blended, add cream and bring to a boil. Add mustard, salt and pepper. Combine with lobster meat and mushrooms.
