Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • light cream - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • chicken broth
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
  • Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
  • shredded Mozzarella - 1 c
  • cut up turkey - 2 c
  • linguine, cooked - 1 lb

How to make turkey tetrazzini:

Melt butter; stir in flour. Cook until bubbly. Add light cream, broth and milk. Cook, stirring, over medium heat to the beginning of a boil. Remove from heat; stir in Worcestershire sauce and Cheez Whiz until melted.

Mix sauce with linguine, turkey, mushrooms and half of Mozzarella in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with remaining Mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 350° until bubbly, 30 to 45 minutes.
