Turkey tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- light cream - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- chicken broth
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
- shredded Mozzarella - 1 c
- cut up turkey - 2 c
- linguine, cooked - 1 lb
How to make turkey tetrazzini:
Melt butter; stir in flour. Cook until bubbly. Add light cream, broth and milk. Cook, stirring, over medium heat to the beginning of a boil. Remove from heat; stir in Worcestershire sauce and Cheez Whiz until melted.Mix sauce with linguine, turkey, mushrooms and half of Mozzarella in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with remaining Mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 350° until bubbly, 30 to 45 minutes.
