Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- evaporated milk - 2 c
- coconut - 14 oz
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- nuts - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- large marshmallows - 30 item
- box chocolate cake mix pudding in mix - 1 item
How to make mounds cake:
Bake chocolate cake. Use 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk and bring to a boil. Add 30 large marshmallows and stir until smooth. Add coconut and spread on cake; cool.Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1 stick butter. Bring to a boil. Take off the stove and add chocolate chips and nuts. Stir until chips are melted, then spread on top of coconut.
