Morning glory muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- apple, peeled, cored and grated - 1 item
- salad oil or canola oil - 1 c
How to make morning glory muffins:
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat oil, eggs and vanilla. Add all others. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Makes 18 to 24 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
