  • Italian salad dressing - 1/2 c
  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 1/4 lb
  • chopped fresh cilantro - 1/4 c
  • can green chilies, chopped - 1 oz
  • can Niblets corn - 1 item
  • can black olives, chopped - 1 1/2
  • green onions, chopped I also add a white onion, chopped - 4 item
  • to 2 tomatoes, chopped - 1 item

How to make monterey jack salsa:

Blend all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
