  • raw rice - 3/4 c
  • milk - 5 c
  • sugar
  • margarine - 2 3
  • eggs - 3 item

How to make mom's rice pudding:

Grease a large casserole dish. Rinse and drain raw rice. Add milk, sugar, margarine and eggs to the rice and mix well. Put it into the casserole and bake in 350° oven for 2 hours. Stir every half hour so it won't stick. May add raisins and cinnamon to taste. Put a small pan of water into oven while baking.
