Mom's rice pudding
Ingredients/Components
- raw rice - 3/4 c
- milk - 5 c
- sugar
- margarine - 2 3
- eggs - 3 item
How to make mom's rice pudding:
Grease a large casserole dish. Rinse and drain raw rice. Add milk, sugar, margarine and eggs to the rice and mix well. Put it into the casserole and bake in 350° oven for 2 hours. Stir every half hour so it won't stick. May add raisins and cinnamon to taste. Put a small pan of water into oven while baking.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, White rice.
