Ingredients/Components
- cup butter or margarine - 1/4 item
- pkgs miniature marshmallows - 2 item
- cup corn, popped - 1 item
- medium can Planters Peanuts - 1 item
How to make popcorn cake:
Pop corn--remove all unpopped kernels. Place all ingredients in largest bowl (popcorn, m&m's, peanuts). Melt butter in heavy pan on stove. Add marshmallows & dissolve slowly (low heat). Pour over ingred. in bowl. Stir until syrup covers all. Butter angel food tin & place all popcorn, etc in pan. Pack down tightly. Be near sink. Keep hand cool with cold water. Put in fridge or freezer until ready to use. Slice with serrated knife.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
