Mom's meat loaf
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- ground meat - 1 lb
- tomato sauce - 1 c
- onion - 1/4 c
- oats - 1/3 c
How to make mom's meat loaf:
Cook the tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder and salt for 5 minutes. Stir half into meat mixture. Pour the rest over the top and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Meatloaf.
