Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cans mixed vegetables - 3 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed for topping - 1 item
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender and mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Mix Ritz crackers and butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake for 1 hour in a 375° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
