- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 c
- frozen mixed vegetables or 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained - 3 c
- canned cut green beans, drained - 1 (16
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Cook mixed vegetables according to directions; drain. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs over top and drizzle with margarine.
