  • sour cream - 1 c
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • crushed Ritz crackers - 1 c
  • frozen mixed vegetables or 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained - 3 c
  • canned cut green beans, drained - 1 (16

How to make mixed vegetable casserole:

Cook mixed vegetables according to directions; drain. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs over top and drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle vegetables with garlic salt if desired.
