Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 3/4 tsp
- chopped onion
- chopped fresh parsley - 1 c
- chopped celery leaves - 1 c
- mashed potatoes no seasoning - 5 c
- cubed bread day old - 6 c
How to make stuffing balls:
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bread cubes, onion, celery leaves, parsley, butter, salt and pepper. In small bowl, mix eggs and flour; stir in milk. Pour over potato mixture and mix well. Shape in fist size balls. Place in large cake pan 8 1/2 x 13-inch. Spray pan with Pam. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Stuffings Dressings, High protein.
