- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- small marshmallows - 6 8
- pecans - 1/2 1
- Frosting:1 box confectioners sugar
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Frosting:1 box confectioners sugar1/2 c. butter, softened1/3 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cook at 325° for 35 minutes. Take cake out and drop on counter to settle cake down. Put tiny marshmallows to cover cake and let melt; cool.Top with Frosting: When mixing frosting, add a little milk to make creamier if needed.
