  • lemon extract - 2 tsp

How to make cream cheese pound cake:

Mix margarine, cream cheese and sugar; whip until fluffy. Add one egg at a time; whip after each. Add flour, one cup at a time and beat. Add vanilla and lemon flavoring. Beat until creamy. Bake in tube pan at 305° for 1 1/2 hours or until the toothpick comes out clean.
