- sugar - 2 c
- butter - 2 c
- baking powder
- sifted flour - 4 c
- beaten eggs - 6 item
- lemon extract - 1 Tbsp
- white raisins - 2 c
- whole pecans - 4 c
How to make texas pecan cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and lemon extract and blend. Sift dry ingredients together and combine with raisins and pecans. Add to creamed mixture and blend. Pour in well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake 2 hours at 275°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
