  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • plain flour
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • eggs or Egg Beaters - 3 item
  • Beat in eggs
  • Granny Smith peeled apples - 4 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Cream oil and sugar. Beat in eggs. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Fold in vanilla, apples and pecans. Bake in Bundt pan at 325° for 55 minutes. Cool before icing.Icing:1 lb. box confectioners sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. oleo2 tsp. vanilla Spread on cool cake.
