Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- plain flour
- oleo - 1/2 c
- eggs or Egg Beaters - 3 item
- Beat in eggs
- Granny Smith peeled apples - 4 c
How to make fresh apple cake:
Cream oil and sugar. Beat in eggs. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Fold in vanilla, apples and pecans. Bake in Bundt pan at 325° for 55 minutes.
