Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- oil - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 item
- Mix flour, cocoa and salt
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Cream sugar, oil and eggs. Mix flour, cocoa and salt. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350°. Cool 10 minutes and spread Marshmallow Creme on top.Frosting:2 sticks oleo1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans1/2 c. cocoa Sift sugar and cocoa.
