Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- nuts - 1 c
- plain flour
- Remove from heat and stir into eggs, sugar, flour, salt, nuts and vanilla
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt margarine with cocoa in saucepan. Remove from heat and stir into eggs, sugar, flour, salt, nuts and vanilla. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes. As soon as it is taken out of the oven, sprinkle miniature marshmallows or marshmallow cream on top.Topping:1 lb. confectioners sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/2 c. evaporated milk1 stick margarine Prepare in saucepan.
