Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 1 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- softened margarine - 1/2 c
- Beat until smooth
- mint extract - 1 tsp
- can Hershey syrup - 1 oz
- drops of green food coloring - 3 item
- Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 25 minutes
How to make mint brownies:
Combine ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool completely.Mint Cream:2 c. confectioners sugar1/2 c. margarine, softened1 tsp. mint extract3 drops of green food coloring Combine. Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled brownie. Cover and chill.Chocolate Topping:6 Tbsp. margarine1 c. chocolate chips Melt in saucepan over low heat. Cool and spread on mint cream. Chill.
