  • eggs - 7 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • Crisco oil - 1/2 c
  • anise seed
  • pure anise oil buy at drugstore

How to make pizzelles:

Beat eggs; add sugar, then add oleo and Crisco. Measure flour, salt and baking powder together. Mix slowly everything together and drop by teaspoon on waffle iron until light brown.
