Chocolate cream cheese brownies



  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • 1/2 stick margarine - 1/4 c

How to make chocolate cream cheese brownies:

Cream Cheese Layer:4 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. sugar1 egg1 Tbsp. flour Heat oven to 350°. Microwave chocolate and margarine in large microwavable bowl at High for 2 minutes or until margarine is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Stir sugar into melted chocolate mixture. Stir in eggs and vanilla until completely mixed. Mix in flour until well blended. Spread in a greased 8-inch square pan.

Prepare cream cheese layer. In same bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and flour until smooth. Spoon over brownie mixture; swirl with knife to marbleize. Bake for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs (do not overbake). Cool in pan; cut into squares.
