Mint brownies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 item
• flour
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• melted butter - 3 Tbsp
• box confectioners sugar - 1 item
• warm water - 1 c
• sq - 3 oz
• peppermint extract - 1 tsp

How to make mint brownies:

Mix the first 7 ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350°. Combine confectioners sugar with extract and enough milk to proper consistency to spread. Put on cooled cake. Melt chocolate and butter. Spread over frosting. Refrigerate.
