Zucchini chocolate cake
Ingredients/Components
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour milk - 1/2 c
- flour
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped zucchini - 2 c
- chocolate chips - 3/4 c
How to make zucchini chocolate cake:
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat well with mixer or by hand. Stir in dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in zucchini. Turn batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and bake in 325° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly with fingertips.
