Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/4 lb
- flour - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- Blend in flour
How to make miniature cheesecakes:
Cream the cream cheese and butter or margarine until smooth. Blend in flour. Divide into 24 balls. Put one in each tin (muffin), pressing against side to line tin evenly.Filling:3 Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. vanilla1 egg Beat ingredients together and spoon in tins. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
