- cream cheese - 1 (3
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- enough broken pecan pieces to fill tarts - 1 item
How to make cream cheese tarts:
Cream first three ingredients together and divide by teaspoon. Shape in muffin pans. Beat egg and add sugar, butter and vanilla. Fill the unbaked tarts with broken pecans. Spoon mixture on top.Bake for 15 minutes at 350°, then bake for 20 minutes at 250° or until light golden brown.
