Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- sliced strawberries - 1 pt
- nonfat sour cream - 1/2 c
How to make virtuous cheesecake:
Blend first 4 ingredients with hand mixer on medium speed. Mix in sour cream and egg whites. Spray a pie pan with nonfat cooking spray and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Pour cheesecake mixture into pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 325°. Let cool and serve with sliced strawberries or desired sliced fruit.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Strawberry.
