- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- vanilla wafers - 1 item
- pie filling or jam - 1 item
How to make miniature cheesecakes:
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla on medium speed for 10 minutes. Place a vanilla wafer on the bottom of muffin tin lined with cupcake papers. Pour filling in each one, 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes. Top with pie filling or jam. For a bigger batch, use 3 packages of cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Cakes.
