Mini sausage quiches
Ingredients/Components
- margarine soft - 1/2 c
- cream cheese soft - 3 oz
- regular flour - 1 c
- Bob Evans mild sausage - 1/2 lb
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- half and half - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
How to make mini sausage quiches:
Beat butter and cream cheese until creamy. Blend in flour. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll in 24 (1-inch) balls. Press each into mini muffin cups.Preheat oven to 375°. Crumble sausage and cook until browned. Stir occasionally; drain. Sprinkle evenly into cups. Sprinkle Swiss cheese and parsley evenly. Whisk rest of ingredients until blended. Pour in shells. Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
