Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 2 Tbsp
- almond flavoring - 1 tsp
- Add water; beat it until it forms a ball and leaves the sides of the bowl
How to make danish puff:
Cut margarine into flour until it is very fine. Add water; beat it until it forms a ball and leaves the sides of the bowl. Take this ball and divide it in two parts. Use ungreased cookie sheet. Press this mixture onto cookie sheet, making two sections, 3 x 12-inch. Make these two sections 3 inches apart on the sheet.Filling:1 stick margarine1 c. water1 tsp. almond flavoring1 c. flour3 eggs Put margarine and water in a saucepan; bring to a full, rolling boil over high heat. Add almond flavoring. Remove pan from heat. Add flour all at once; beat with wooden spoon until mixture forms a ball in the saucepan. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition. Spread mixture over first mixture on ungreased cookie sheet, being sure edges are well covered. There will be quite a lot of the second mixture.
