Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- Soften cream cheese and butter
- chopped pecans small pieces - 2/3 c
How to make mini pecan pies:
You will need nonstick mini muffin pans.Soften cream cheese and butter. Mix with flour. Wrap in Saran Wrap; chill for at least 1 hour. Shape into 24 balls about 1-inch in diameter. Mash into cups up to edge.Filling:1 egg1 tsp. vanilla3/4 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. melted butter2/3 c. chopped pecans (small pieces) Mix well together except nuts. Add nuts. Spoon into shells about 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
