Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- plain flour - 1/2 c
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
How to make mini pecan muffins:
Mix all ingredients together. Spray miniature muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill 3/4 full and bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
