Mini cheesecakes
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- can condensed milk - 1 oz
- can fruit filling or topping any flavor, chilled - 1 oz
How to make mini cheesecakes:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press equal portions onto bottoms of lightly greased or paper cup lined muffin cups. In a large mixer bowl, beat the cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Spoon equal amounts of mixture (about 3 tablespoons) into prepared cups. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Top with filling.If greased muffin cups are used, cool baked cakes. Freeze 15 minutes. Remove.
