  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • garlic powder - 3/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1/8 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • onion powder - 1 Tbsp
  • can refried beans - 1 oz
  • sausage, crumbled - 1/4 lb
  • chopped chili peppers - 1/4 c

How to make microwave mexican bean dip:

Place sausage in a large glass bowl. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir several times. Add beans, cheese, peppers, pimento, parsley and remaining seasonings. Mix well. Microwave on Medium-high for 8 minutes. Stir after 4 minutes. Serve with corn chips. Dip may be frozen. Makes 16 servings.
