Microwave mexican bean dip
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1/8 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
- onion powder - 1 Tbsp
- can refried beans - 1 oz
- sausage, crumbled - 1/4 lb
- chopped chili peppers - 1/4 c
How to make microwave mexican bean dip:
Place sausage in a large glass bowl. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir several times. Add beans, cheese, peppers, pimento, parsley and remaining seasonings. Mix well. Microwave on Medium-high for 8 minutes. Stir after 4 minutes. Serve with corn chips. Dip may be frozen. Makes 16 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, North american.
